SammyRose Personal Training and Nutrition creates personalised training programmes, combined with nutritional guidance, motivation and support to help you achieve a particular goal or improve your overall fitness, health and lifestyle.

 

Most of us are juggling the commitments of a career, travelling and family and left wondering how we can realistically, and consistently, find time to improve our fitness and nutrition in order to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

SammyRose combines personalised training programmes and nutritional guidance that don't require you to make dramatic, unsustainable  changes to your life, take up a vast amount of time or require a pricey gym membership. ​Programmes can be carried out in your own home, location of choice or online and will be tailored to suit your experience and initial fitness levels.

About Sammy...

Fitness and Nutrition have always played a part in Sammy's life and one of her aims is to improve more peoples health and lifestyle by realistically incorporating exercise and good nutrition into their lives, something that can often seem daunting, time consuming and complicated.

Sammy took part in several sports, including cross country running, tennis, hockey, netball and lacrosse until she was troubled with knee issues. She maintained her interest in sport, the gym and keeping fit, educating herself along the way, determined that injuries don't have to prevent involvement in exercise or the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

An illness several years ago resulted in Sammy suffering with stomach issues and intolerances to a number of foods including wheat and lactose, however these issues led to Sammy becoming more interested in the role that good nutrition plays in our lives. The combination of Sammy's love of food, cooking and nutrition helped her to discover that it's perfectly possible to cook, eat out and share the foods you love when suffering with dietary problems.

Sammy's qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction

  • Certified Spinning Instructor

  • Level 3 Qualification in Nutrition

  • Level 3 Qualification in Pre & Post Natal Exercise

  • Level 3 Qualification in Weight Loss

  • Diploma in Leiths School of Food and Wine.

  • CIMSPA Registered

  • Fully Insured

  • First Aid Trained

  • DBS checked
