Online Personal Training sessions can also be carried out via  Skype/Facetime/WhatsApp from your own home, hotel or location of choice at times that work with your schedule. 

These are popular with with mums as we can fit them in during naps, early mornings or evenings, without leaving home and with clients who have professions with varying timetables, such as doctors.
