Pre-Natal

In recent years it has been established that exercising throughout pregnancy is hugely beneficial for a number of reasons, including retaining fitness and health, improving circulation, reducing muscle and back pain, decreasing excessive weight gain, easier birth and a faster recovery.

Sammy will work with you and adapt your training as your body changes to ensure that you can safely remain as fit and healthy as possible throughout your pregnancy

Nutritional advice and guidance will help to support a healthy pregnancy.

Post-Natal

Following the birth of your new baby, Sammy will help you integrate exercise into your new routine and lifestyle, working with you at every stage to help you recover and build your fitness and strength, including exercises that include your new baby from day one.

An exercise and nutrition programme can help to increase strength and stamina, improve posture, re-balance the body, decrease stress and tiredness and increase weight loss.

A personal training and nutritional programme will be tailored to your experience and fitness to ensure that you can be your healthiest self and have the confidence to include fitness into through this changing period in your life.
