Having a medical issue or injury can impact our lives and activity, as well as having an impact on your confidence around exercise. Some health issues that exercise can positively impact are:

  • Muscular imbalance

Sammy will create individual and progressive programmes to improve your strength, mobility and fitness as well as working on functional movements required in day to day life. 

Sammy can also assist you in getting back to fitness following injury, or if you have a joint or physical issue.
